As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person on or before Monday 31 August 2015 without incurring any cost penalty. On the registration form, if you request an Invoice, it will be sent to you, including bank details for payment via electronic funds transfer / internet banking.

Cheques / bank drafts should be in AUD payable on an Australian bank and free of all charges. Cheque / bank draft payable to: "Australian Clinical Trials Alliance Symposium 2015".

The Symposium and its agents reserve the right to alter the program without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the Symposium, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Organising Committee and the Symposium Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee and the Symposium Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions.
